Wexnet is a rapidly growing fiber network provider that offers IT communication services – internet, TV and telephony – via its open fiber network. The business is mainly centered around Växjö municipality and the surrounding area. Why did you choose VisionFlow?
VisionFlow felt very adapted to our way of working and was easy to get started with. It didn’t take much customization before we were live.
What do you use most in the system?
Case management is the most central function in our daily work. VisionFlow gives us a clear overview of all support and operational cases, which makes it easier to keep track of processes and ensure fast handling.
We also use the catalog (CMDB) as both a product register and a property register. It allows us to visually see all our customers, the services they have purchased and the location of our sites – directly on a map in the system. This gives us a structured overview of our network infrastructure and facilitates customer relationship management.
What's best about VisionFlow?
Flexibility. There are very few things that cannot be solved in the system. With VisionFlow, we have a comprehensive solution where we can manage all our processes in one system, without having to compromise on our needs.
