Why did you choose VisionFlow?
We were faced with a situation where we had a variety of email addresses and tickets with varying content and purpose. The support module and CRM are the most central parts of our work. We use VisionFlow to have full control over both current and historical cases, our partners, SLAs, services and ongoing projects. The flexibility of the system makes it easy to scale up and down, add or remove modules and adapt it to our needs.
What do you use most in the system?
One of the main benefits is the workflows. When a case is moved between departments and split into sub-cases, the system ensures that responsibility is automatically allocated to the right person. When everything is done, the relevant parties are informed, and we can easily follow up via the built-in reporting features. This makes our case management both smoother and more structured.
