A new system for the support department is part of that work. The service department has daily contact with very many people. The customer support answers questions from the companies that pay to use the music, Member Service helps the authors, songwriters and lyricists, and publishing service provides service to the various music publishers. During the time we have used VisionFlow, we have also streamlined our internal processes and then the system has been a very good support. It is a continuous work and we work a lot according to Lean and ITIL. There are very great opportunities both with the tool itself and to continue to streamline our work processes. In addition, we always get quick and good feedback from Visionera’s support when we need it.
