We have interviewed Ida Sandnabba, service owner for VisionFlow at Hedemora Energi who has an installed version of the system.

What do you think is so good about Visionera and VisionFlow?

“We chose VisionFlow partly because it is so flexible, partly because you can work with so many different types of cases in the system and partly because there are so many different types of rights you can use.

During the time we have used VisionFlow, we have also streamlined our internal processes and then the system has been a very good support. It is a continuous work and we work a lot according to Lean and ITIL. There are very great opportunities both with the tool itself and to continue to streamline our work processes.

In addition, we always get quick and good feedback from Visionera’s support when we need it. There is never anything that they miss.”

What is the best feature in VisionFlow?

“For me who handles referral cases, that function is the best one! That everyone can work in parallel and independently of each other with a case while having good control and a good overview of the entire case and throughout the process. It is very important and very good!”

If Visionera / VisionFlow were an animal, what animal would it be?

“What a difficult question! I would say a spider! Like a spider in the net. Who knows most things, covers many areas, connects everything and everyone with each other and finally it is the system through which everything goes. Thats good! ”
